- Flips20% ROI and 20% below market value minimum.
- Buy-to-lets15% ROI, 8% gross yield and £250 a month net cashflow minimum.
- BRRs20% ROI and 20% below market value, with no more than £15,000 left in.
- HMOsExisting licensed HMOs at 10% gross yield or more.
Before you join
Does it cost anything to join?
No. Joining the investor list and the WhatsApp Community is free, and so is asking for a deal pack.
When do I pay?
Only when you decide to go ahead with a deal. The sourcing fee is shown up front in every deal pack, so you know the full cost before you commit.
Can I be completely hands-off?
Yes. We can introduce you to our mortgage broker and solicitor and keep things moving through to completion. If you'd rather run the refurb or the letting yourself, that's fine too.
Can I use my own broker and solicitor?
Of course. Use your own, or use ours: Louis for mortgages and Alex Rubin for the legal side.
Where are the deals?
Across the UK. We go where the numbers work, and every pack includes a street check so you know the area.
