What we look for
- Flips20% below market value and 20% ROI after all costs.
- Buy-to-lets8% gross yield, £250 a month net and 15% ROI.
- BRRs20% below market value, 20% ROI, no more than £15,000 left in.
- HMOsExisting licensed HMOs at 10% gross or more.
- Portfolios and blocks20% below market value, with 6% gross for portfolios or 8% for freehold blocks.
What helps us move fast
The address or postcode, the asking or agreed price, and anything you know about condition. Photos, a floorplan, a refurb quote or your comparables all help. A link to the listing is fine.
