These terms cover your use of this website and the deal information we send you. By using the site or joining our investor list, you agree to them.
About us
This website is run by SH Property Sourcing Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 17205723). We are members of the Property Redress Scheme, registered with the ICO and supervised for anti-money laundering.
Our deal information
- Deal packs, teasers and figures are projections based on the evidence available when we prepared them, such as sold prices, rents, refurb estimates and quotes.
- They are not financial, legal, tax or mortgage advice. Property values and rents can go down as well as up, and refurb costs can change.
- You should carry out your own due diligence, including a survey and legal checks, and take independent advice before you buy.
- Deal information is confidential. Please don't share it or approach the seller or agent directly without our agreement.
Reserving a deal
If you decide to go ahead with a deal, we'll send you a separate reservation agreement setting out the sourcing fee, what it covers and when it's payable. That agreement will apply to the deal alongside these terms. You're free to use your own solicitor and broker, or ours.
Complaints
If you're unhappy with our service, contact Simon at [email protected] and we'll try to put it right. If we can't, you can refer your complaint to the Property Redress Scheme, which is free and independent.
