This notice explains how SH Property Sourcing Ltd uses the personal information you give us through this website, our forms, WhatsApp, phone and email.
Who we are
SH Property Sourcing Ltd (company no. 17205723) is the data controller for your information. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). You can contact us at [email protected] or on 07485 201059.
What we collect
- Your name, mobile number and email address.
- What kind of deals you're interested in, your budget and how involved you want to be, if you tell us.
- Details of any property you send us, if you submit a deal.
- Notes from our calls and messages with you.
- Identity and source-of-funds documents, only if you go ahead with a deal and anti-money laundering checks are needed.
How we use it
- To send you property deals and deal packs, and talk to you about them (based on your consent).
- To assess deals you send us and reply to you (based on our legitimate interest in sourcing property).
- To carry out a deal you choose to go ahead with (to perform our agreement with you).
- To meet our legal duties, including anti-money laundering rules and record keeping.
Who we share it with
We keep your details in our customer system (GoHighLevel) and use WhatsApp to send deals. We share your details only with people involved in a deal you choose to go ahead with, such as solicitors, mortgage brokers and the seller's agent, and with authorities where the law requires it. We never sell your data.
Some of these providers may store data outside the UK. Where they do, they use legal safeguards such as UK-approved contract terms.
How long we keep it
We keep your contact details until you ask us to stop contacting you. If you complete a deal with us, we keep records for at least five years after the deal, as anti-money laundering law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, to stop contacting you, or to restrict how we use it. Email [email protected] and we'll reply within one month. You can withdraw your consent at any time by leaving the WhatsApp Community or emailing us.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
